Oral administration (immediate ingestion) – oral administration is probably the most common method of consuming CBD. You simply drop the desired amount of CBD oil into your mouth and then swallow it. CBD then travels to your digestive system, where it is metabolized in the liver and finally delivered to your bloodstream.

Holding under the tongue - another popular method (and the one most recommended by us) is holding under the tongue. The method of use is that you apply the oil under the tongue, where you hold it for about 1 minute, so that the mucous membranes in the mouth can absorb the CBD oil.

Adding CBD to your favorite food or drink – the last method is to add CBD oil to your favorite food or drink. You simply drop the required amount of CBD oil into the food or drink and simply consume/drink this food/drink.

Hemp oil is a legal substance in the Czech Republic, the drops contain THC below the detection limit of 0.05%

To begin with, we must say that the dosage is only indicative and cannot be determined in the same way for everyone. For the ideal dosage setting, it is best to ask your doctor. 5 - 25mg CBD per day is suitable for overall health enhancement. After a certain period of use, it is possible to increase the doses. Doses can also be increased in case of insomnia, the recommended dose is around 35mg per day.

For chronic pain, 8.5 – 40mg per day for +/- 25 days is suitable.
